Pinna defects usually require surgical treatment to correct the cartilage abnormalities. This surgery called otoplasty helps to regain better self-esteem:

• Replasty of protruding or deformed ears;
• Replasty of lobe tears and pinna corrections.

This surgical procedure is performed on an outpatient basis using simple local anesthesia and does not require any interruption of work. In the case of an operation on protruding ears, wearing a protective headband is still necessary.
